The herald (currently performing the functions of the clock), who announced that it was time for work, was the first to notice the obscene desecration of the tower.
Without a doubt, it is about the infamous pair of pranksters who disappeared without a trace shortly after the water clock. Here they are, seen through Daisy's eyes.
